The Idea

A curated happy hour at Delilah Miami designed to create opportunities for residents to socialize beyond the property. The concept paired a distinctive hospitality setting with a welcoming community experience.

My Role

I coordinated with the venue team, managed resident RSVPs and waitlist communications, and shared event details with guests. My focus was on balancing resident interest with venue capacity while keeping the experience organized and clear.

The Experience

The collaboration featured two resident evenings, with advance confirmations and guest communications supporting each gathering. The format brought neighbors together in a setting that encouraged conversation and connection.
