Residents were interested in elevated social experiences outside the community that allowed them to connect in a sophisticated and relaxed setting. Delilah offered an opportunity to create a desirable hospitality experience at one of Miami’s recognized dining and nightlife destinations.

I coordinated an exclusive resident happy hour that combined hospitality, social connection, and an elevated off-site setting. The experience gave residents the opportunity to enjoy the venue while strengthening relationships with neighbors outside the traditional residential environment.Role

I served as the primary liaison between the residential community and the restaurant, managing the communication and planning necessary to create a seamless resident experience.What I Coordinated
I handled restaurant communication, event details, resident promotion, RSVP management, capacity planning, guest communication, attendance expectations, and event-day coordination. I also ensured residents received clear information before the event.
The Result
The event generated strong resident interest and demonstrated the value of hospitality partnerships as part of residential lifestyle programming. It also showed my ability to represent the community professionally while coordinating with an established Miami venue.
