Mother’s Day Wellness Bazaar
Residents were invited to an elevated wellness experience designed to bring convenient, interactive services directly into the community. The goal was to create a welcoming Mother’s Day program centered on self-care, discovery, and meaningful resident engagement.
Experience
I developed a two-hour resident wellness marketplace featuring local service, fitness, fragrance, connectivity, and dessert partners. The experience was designed to feel curated rather than commercial, giving residents opportunities to explore services, connect with vendors, and enjoy a thoughtful community moment.Role
Event Concept & Coordination Lead
I developed the event concept and served as the primary liaison among management, residents, and participating partners. I coordinated the creative, promotional, vendor, and operational details required to bring the experience together. What I Coordinated
I coordinated Hand & Stone, The Most Miami Pilates, Doctor Aroma, Xfinity, and Nothing Bundt Cakes; managed vendor outreach and follow-up; collected required COI and W-9 documentation; created resident-facing communications; planned the event layout and flow; and supported onsite execution. Nothing Bundt Cakes contributed six dozen Bundtinis for residents.
The Result
The program brought together five participating partners and was planned to engage approximately 60 residents. It demonstrated my ability to build a multi-vendor experience that balanced resident value, partner visibility, and the operational standards of a luxury residential community. Final attendance and post-event feedback were not provided.
