The Idea

A Valentine’s evening designed to bring residents together through music, movement, and a welcoming social atmosphere. The concept offered an interactive way to celebrate the occasion and connect with neighbors.

My Role

I developed the event concept and coordinated the salsa instruction, refreshments, décor, and resident communications. My focus was on bringing these elements together into a cohesive experience, from the invitation through event-day execution.

The Experience

Guided salsa instruction gave the evening a shared activity, complemented by themed cocktails, roses, and Valentine’s décor. The combination balanced structured programming with opportunities for guests to socialize.

The Outcome

The project demonstrates my ability to translate a seasonal theme into an engaging resident experience through creative direction, thoughtful details, and coordinated execution.
