The Idea

A curated happy hour at Amazonico Miami designed to bring a luxury residential community together beyond the property. The experience combined neighborhood discovery with an inviting setting for residents to socialize.

My Role

I coordinated the hospitality partnership, managed RSVPs, and developed resident communications. Working with the venue team, I helped align the event offerings and arrival arrangements to create a welcoming guest experience.

The Experience

The evening featured a specialty welcome cocktail, curated light bites, and beverages in an inviting social atmosphere. Originally scheduled for Amazonico's outdoor rooftop, the event was relocated to the indoor Selva Lounge due to unfavorable weather conditions.

Anticipating potential confusion regarding the outdoor setting, I proactively notified residents approximately one hour before the event, reassuring them that the experience would proceed as planned. Through timely communication and coordination with the venue team, the transition was seamless, preserving the overall guest experience.

The Outcome

The happy hour brought together 65 registered guests for an evening of connection beyond the property. When weather required a move indoors, I coordinated with the venue and notified residents ahead of arrival, helping keep the experience organized and welcoming.
